Delete your CudiChat account
When account services launch, you will be able to start deletion inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. This public page provides the required web route for users who cannot access the app.
Review obligations
Outstanding disputes, withdrawals or legally required financial records may be retained or resolved first.
Deletion begins
Sessions are revoked and deletable account data is erased or anonymized. Required legal and security records are isolated until their retention period ends.
